The course offers a range of modules designed to equip industrial practitioners with both the academic knowledge and the practical skills required by professionals and technicians in the construction industry.

The overall aim of the programme is to develop the intellectual, practical and personal skills of the student to the best of his/her ability and to prepare them for a career working in the Built Environment in a variety of roles. The aim is achieved by providing a sound educational base in the theoretical and practical aspects of the construction and property industries and other complementary topics.
