For the BTEC Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, the learner will study: • Engineering Project • Properties and Applications of Engineering Materials • Engineering Secondary and Finishing Techniques • Applications of Computer Numerical Control in Engineering • Computer-aided Manufacturing
Successful completion of the L3 Award in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Mech/Manufacturing) with the correct combination of units.
All units are internally assessed via assignments, they are graded by lecturing staff and an overall grade is awarded at the end of your study.
On successful completion of this course previous learners have progressed into careers in many engineering disciplines as technicians. There is a clear route through to incorporated and chartered status. BTEC Diplomas are valued by employers and higher education institutions.
