Coleg y Cymoedd Annual Report April 2018 - July 2018

SERVICE DELIVERY STANDARDS

  • The College’s Welsh Language Officer and Vice Principal will be responsible for reporting on the College’s compliance with the Service Delivery Standards.
  • These reports will be presented to Coleg y Cymoedd’s Welsh Strategic Group.
  • The College has published a leaflet promoting the service the College offers in accordance with the Service Delivery Standards and ways in which the College facilitates the use of those services. This leaflet is available in each of the College’s offices that are open to the public.
  • The College will produce an annual report in Welsh and in English, which deals with the way in which we have complied with the service delivery standards in the College’s Compliance Notice. 
  • The annual report will include the number of complaints The College received during that year which related to compliance with the Service Delivery Standards in the College’s Compliance Notice.
  • This annual report will be published no later than 6 months following the end of the financial year to which the report relates.
  • The College’s Marketing Team will publicise the publication of the annual report.
  • A copy of the report will be available on the College website
  • A copy of the report will be available in each of the College’s offices that are open to the public.

OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

  • These reports will be presented to Coleg y Cymoedd’s Welsh Strategic Group.
  • The College will produce an annual report in Welsh and in English, which deals with the way in which we have complied with the Operational Standards in the College’s Compliance Notice. 
  • The annual report will include the number of complaints The College received during that year which related to compliance with the Operational Standards in the College’s Compliance Notice.
  • This annual report will be published no later than 6 months following the end of the financial year to which the report relates.
