Teaching arrangements from 24 February 2021 (Phase 1)
For the majority of learners, remote delivery will continue for at least the next three weeks (24 February to 12 March). During this time, we will be working with Welsh Government to plan the phased return to campus for more learners.
Some learners will be able to return from 24 February 2021. This is for the following specific reasons:
- to complete an online assessment (construction and engineering only)
- to complete practical assessments (catering and engineering)
We will contact the learners who are able to return to give you more details. Please do not attend campus unless you are told to by your tutor.
Learners who return to campus during phase 1 must:
- maintain a 2-metre distance from other people at all times
- wear a 3 layered face covering at all times (this will be provided to you when you arrive on site)
- wash hands regularly (if washing facilities are not available nearby, please use hand sanitiser)
read and sign the Phase 1 learner agreement. This will be issued during your induction session on your first day back on campus.
Maintaining high levels of good hygiene is extremely important, therefore deliberate failure to comply with the above will be treated as a serious disciplinary offence and you will be asked to leave campus.
Do not attend campus if you or any of your household display any COVID symptoms (high temperature; new continuous cough; loss or change of taste/smell).
If you have any questions or concerns about returning to campus, please contact your tutor or email email@example.com
