The level 2, Skills for Further Study (Health Pathway) is a one year course that offers opportunities for individuals to develop skills in Sociology, Psychology and Science; as well as enabling individuals to develop core skills in Numeracy, Communication and ICT.
What Will I Learn?
Communication & Study Skills, ICT, Numeracy, Psychology, Sociology and Science.
A minimum age of 16 at course commencement and a successful Interview.
Assessments will take the form of practical assessments, written essays, written reports as well as via oral presentations and discussions. Assessments will be on going throughout the year and will take place at the end of each unit.

- This particular Skills for Further Study course helps prepare for study at L3 and enables progression onto both Access to HE Health or Social Science courses and Btec courses. The Skills for Further Study Diploma is also valued by a range of employers.
