The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology is a preparation for work qualification that has been designed to prepare you for a career as a reflexologist. This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice and business practice for complementary therapies.
Furthermore, you will learn about anatomy, physiology and pathology for complementary therapies. You will also develop your understanding and practical skills to competently provide reflexology services. You may also choose to complete an additional unit which will develop your knowledge and understanding of healthy eating and wellbeing for the complementary therapy client. What Will I Learn?
You will study 4 units to complete this diploma: Provide reflexology for complementary therapies, Principles and practice of complementary therapies, Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology for complementary therapies, Business practice for complementary therapies.
Entry Requirements
This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 years or over. You will require GCSEs at grades A*- C or Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology or equivalent related Level 2/3 qualifications.
Applicants with appropriate experience who do not necessarily meet the academic qualifications may be considered. A mature approach to study with a high level of motivation is essential. You will also be required to undertake an initial assessment in literacy and numeracy to establish any support required.
Assessment
You will be assessed via a range of methods which include continual observed assessment of your practical work, completion of 100 case study treatments, theoretical evidence/assignment work and externally set question papers for the completion of a portfolio.

Notes
PLEASE NOTE - Learners will be required to attend two evenings a week. Purchase of Equipment and Kit is required for this course (Compulsory Cost - Uniform - £22, Beauty Kit - £TBC). Please discuss this at interview stage with a tutor after you have applied.
