Hannah Raybould- event and project manager
Hannah is the Director of BAFTA (The British Academy of Film and Television Arts) in Wales. She spends her time raising money, finding sponsors and partners, organising screenings and masterclasses and the AMAZING BAFTA Cymru Awards every October with a small team of excellent people.
Her role is very broad and sees her working on events from Holyhead to Swansea and a few very posh ones at BAFTA in London. Anything that relates to celebrating and promoting Welsh film, games and TV talent – Hannah likes to be involved, and preferably leading the way. She is passionate of Welsh creative talent and always aims to work with partners to share and improve everything she does.
Before this, Hannah worked with a group of 4 Universities across Wales on training and events and enjoyed setting up schemes that helped young people find their confidence and voice. This also included a scheme that took place in Wales, Budapest and Paris which was very good fun.
When she gets home, Hannah enjoys gardening, reading, interior design and throwing parties!
