Rosie Sweetman –Training and Development Director
Two years ago Rosie setup a coaching and training business with her husband Chris. She is a qualified executive coach and clients have said they like her pragmatic and solutions-focussed approach. Before setting up Sweetmans and Partners, Rosie was Director of Business in the Community Cymru, a business membership organisation that supports businesses to behave responsibly. Here she was awarded the highest accolade for leadership in The Times Top 100 charities to work for over two consecutive years, and won the IOD Wales Award for Director of Leadership in Corporate Responsibility.
She started her career in arts marketing and arts development before moving to Arts & Business where she “matched” business and arts professionals to work together on exciting projects. One of the business partners, Grant Thornton, asked her to join them and from here she had the opportunity to head up their Business Development function for Cardiff, Bristol and Cheltenham where she was responsible for PR and marketing, as well as sales coaching for all partners in the Wales & South West of England region. Rosie is originally from Pontypridd and now lives in Cardiff with her 2 children, husband and hamster.
