Exam Results Collection

Information for Coleg y Cymoedd learners collecting results this August:-

Thursday 13th August 2026

A2 & Level 3 Year 2 can collect results on campus from 9:00 am

AS & Level 3 Year 1 can collect results on campus from 10:00 am

Results expected for AS and A2, Welsh Bac and Skills Challenge Certificate, BTEC Nationals and BTEC Level 3, OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3, WJEC Health & Social Care Level 3, WJEC Childcare Level 3, UAL Level 3, Rockschool/RSL Level 3 and Level 4, WJEC Foundation Art & Design

Thursday 20th August 2026

GCSE and Level 2 collect results on campus from 9:00 am

Results expected for GCSE English Language, GCSE Mathematics, BTEC Level 2 Firsts, OCR Cambridge Technical Level 2, WJEC Health & Social Care Level 2, WJEC Childcare level 2, UAL Level 2, Rockschool Level 2

All Other qualifications and Levels

Entry Level 3 and Level 1 results will show on your Learner Portal as they are received from the relevant Awarding Organisations

City & Guilds, EAL, VTCT, IMI: there is NO set results day for these qualifications. They will show on your Learner Portal as results are received from these Awarding Organisations. Your tutors will have told you at the end of your course if you passed your course

Please note, you will need to bring photographic identification with you (Coleg y Cymoedd ID badge, passport, driving licence, etc)

If you are collecting on behalf of someone else, please bring the learner ID, your own ID, and a letter signed and dated from the student confirming that you are able to collect on their behalf. 

No Results will be sent via text, email or given over the telephone.

If you cannot attend campus to collect results – your results will be made available on your Learner Hub
