Multi-Factor Authentication (or MFA for short) is an additional security layer for securing online accounts. All staff and learners will need to use MFA when logging into college services online.

Yes, click the ‘I want to use a another authenticator app’ link during the registration process. Please note that we will only provide support for Microsoft Authenticator.
No. The Microsoft authenticator app is a very simple application that delivers push notifications to your smartphone. No, you will need to use the app when logging into college services online. Contact IT Services if you accidentally remove the app or purchase a new phone.
