Cymoedd’s learner to swim for Wales

Cymoedd Business and Finance learner Rebecca Lewis has been selected to represent Wales as part of the Para Swimming Team at the Commonwealth Games, which will be held in Birmingham from July 28 – August 8 2022.

Rebecca, from Church Village is studying AAT Accounting at Cymoedd’s Nantgarw campus and will join the squad later this month, and compete in her race on August 2 2022.

Congratulating Rebecca on her selection, Rebecca’s tutors and classmates said “The AAT Team and Rebecca’s classmates are very proud of her achievement. She has worked so hard to be part of the Team. Everyone at Cymoedd wish Rebecca, the Best of Luck at the Commonwealth Games – Go Becky!!’
