What we do
Business Services at Coleg y Cymoedd has a strong emphasis on engagement with external organisations, particularly employers to develop partnership opportunities.
The Faculty currently engages with over 800 employers providing training, apprenticeships and facilities hire. The aim of developing these partnerships is to service the needs of businesses, enrich the experiences of learners and develop progression opportunities that focus on employment and apprenticeships.
We work with some of the leading employers in Wales, delivering training to their apprentices as well as developing bespoke training packages to meet industry needs. Our work with employers is based on a true partnership and collaboration, which is open, honest and evaluative.
Many partnerships have been in place for over 20 years. New partnership opportunities have been established, allowing for the growth and expansion of specialist facilities to offer first class training in centres equipped for industry
