Kath is a freelance writer and entrepreneur. She has worked mainly in financial services for over 20 years, helping to set up insurance companies such as elephant.co.uk and Gocompare.com.
Linsey is a probation officer. She currently designs and implements alternative approaches to offender management for high risk offenders in Wales.
Sian is a judge specialising in workplace disputes; the cases she deals with include claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination. As well as deciding cases, Sian is also a trainer of other judges; her particular interest is in ‘judgecraft’ (communication skills and the non-legal aspects of being a judge).
Paula runs PM Marketing Limited, an independent creative agency providing branding, design and communications services to a wide range of clients and sectors. She is also Head of Marketing at Cardiff based commercial law firm Darwin Gray.
Ceri is a designer specialising in design for print. She graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Typography and Graphic Communication and after working initially for Microsoft in Seattle, and then for a branding agency in London, she became a partner in a Cardiff design consultancy.
Claire is a solicitor-advocate who works on a freelance basis carrying out several roles at once. She is easily bored, so generally has at least four jobs on the go at any one time.
Mechelle works with children who need specialist dental treatment. This could be children with other medical conditions and those born with a cleft lip and/or palate. Children are also referred to a consultant if they have had dental trauma, are very anxious or have other problems e.g. missing/extra teeth.
Jo is a brand, communications and marketing specialist who runs Run Jump Fly, a business that helps organisations to find their story and to tell it well.
Hannah is the Director of BAFTA (The British Academy of Film and Television Arts) in Wales. She spends her time raising money, finding sponsors and partners, organising screenings and masterclasses and the AMAZING BAFTA Cymru Awards every October with a small team of excellent people.
Luna Amani is a Cardiff based accessories designer. Graduating from the world renowned college in London Cordwainer’s. Luna has been designing women’s accessories for more than 20 years.

Jo qualified as a paediatric nurse in September 2000. She has experience of working on paediatric trauma & orthopaedics, medical and surgical wards before she settled into Accident & Emergency nursing where she had to learn fast and act quicker!
