Linsey is a probation officer. She currently designs and implements alternative approaches to offender management for high risk offenders in Wales.

Sian Davies

Sian Davies

Sian is a judge specialising in workplace disputes; the cases she deals with include claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination. As well as deciding cases, Sian is also a trainer of other judges; her particular interest is in ‘judgecraft’ (communication skills and the non-legal aspects of being a judge). 

Ceri Staziker

Ceri Staziker

Ceri is a designer specialising in design for print. She graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Typography and Graphic Communication and after working initially for Microsoft in Seattle, and then for a branding agency in London, she became a partner in a Cardiff design consultancy.

Claire Sharp

Claire Sharp

Claire is a solicitor-advocate who works on a freelance basis carrying out several roles at once. She is easily bored, so generally has at least four jobs on the go at any one time.

Mechelle Collard

Mechelle Collard

Mechelle works with children who need specialist dental treatment. This could be children with other medical conditions and those born with a cleft lip and/or palate. Children are also referred to a consultant if they have had dental trauma, are very anxious or have other problems e.g. missing/extra teeth.

Hannah is the Director of BAFTA (The British Academy of Film and Television Arts) in Wales. She spends her time raising money, finding sponsors and partners, organising screenings and masterclasses and the AMAZING BAFTA Cymru Awards every October with a small team of excellent people.

Two years ago Rosie setup a coaching and training business with her husband Chris. She is a qualified executive coach and clients have said they like her pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.

Nicola is a commercial law solicitor, specialising in working with Technology companies. She advises businesses from the very beginning to really big companies on their contracts, strategy, funding and protection

Alison Burge

Alison Burge

Alison runs Seren Fire and Security Solutions with her husband, a small business they set up 5 years ago. She’s responsible for all of the office activities including finance, HR and IT.  Alongside running the business, she works part-time on a consulting basis, project managing the implementation of HR/Payroll systems for large organisations.

Daniela leads the Employment Team, Legal and Risk Services at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. She is from Neath and attended a local comprehensive school before heading off to the University of Wales, Swansea to study law

Kathryn Walters

Kathryn is an NHS clinical psychologist in Gwent where she jointly heads a service of psychologists, counsellors and arts therapists working across the lifespan in both mental and physical health.

Judith Winnan

Judith is a freelance Executive Producer working on factual programmes for the BBC and other broadcasters. She spent many years directing and producing documentaries on a huge range of subjects

Hannah Gosney

Hannah Gosney

After completing an Edexcel Diploma in Foundation Art & Design at GCADT (now Coleg y Cymoedd), Hannah was the first to go to university in her family. Having no links to the media industry, Hannah persevered and landed her first job in the media.

Catherine May

Catherine has built a career in the not for profit sector. She is currently working for the Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru as the Project Manager for a new piece of work developing research and policy into housing and homelessness in Wales.
