Funding Eligibility Criteria

Discover if you’re eligible to access Personal Learning Account funding. If you do not meet the below criteria, or you are looking for funding information for your business, please contact the team to discuss alternative funding you may be able to access.

Aged 19+

Reside legally in Wales

Employed, Self-employed or full-time carer*

*For all courses listed under Core funding, annual basic salary must be under £35,796
