Overview

The Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is designed for professionals who lead successful implementations of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. This course prepares learners to architect end-to-end solutions that address both business and technical needs. Participants will learn to facilitate design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, licensing, storage, and change management. The course emphasizes the use of the Power Platform Well-Architected Framework and includes practical guidance on implementing governance, lifecycle management, and solution scalability

What will I learn?

After completing this course, learners will be able to perform solution envisioning and requirement analysis, architect and implement solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365, and manage application lifecycle and governance. Topics include Power Apps and Power Automate architecture, Dataverse modelling, security design, integrations, analytics, AI, and robotic process automation. Learners will also explore how to prepare for testing and go-live phases, and how to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution adoption and success.

Entry requirements

Assessment

The PL-600 exam is a proctored certification assessment that lasts approximately 100 minutes. It includes interactive components and requires a minimum score of 700 out of 1000 to pass. The exam evaluates skills in solution envisioning, architecture, implementation, and governance.

Career progression

Professionals who earn this certification can pursue roles such as Power Platform Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Digital Transformation Lead. With further experience, career paths may lead to senior leadership roles such as Head of Business Applications or Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Course dates will be discussed directly with the training provider upon successful completion of funding application. Any course dates arranged with the training provider prior to funding being secured may not be honoured – Course dates will only be confirmed once funding has been approved.
